How does it work?

It’s simple. If you’re not satisfied with your mattress set you may exchange it, or return it within 30 days of the original delivery date provided that the set is in warranty condition. An exchange for a higher priced mattress set would require payment in the amount of the difference in price between the first set and the second set. This guarantee applies to mattress sets only and excludes adjustable bases. Any refunds on returns or exchanges will be refunded by the same method of payment as was used at the time of purchase, with the exception of cash payments. Cash and check payments are refunded by Better Bedding check only. All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of Better Bedding receiving exchanged or returned merchandise back from the customer.
