John Wholley has been with Better Bedding since its inception. As President of the company, John, along with his brother and Vice President, Tom, has taken Better Bedding from a “mom and pop” store to the dominant chain of specialty retail sleep shops in Connecticut.
As President of Better Bedding, John oversees many aspects of the business including but not limited to in-house advertising, merchandising, customer service and retail space contracting.
John graduated from Trinity College where he earned a BS with a double major in Economics and Psychology. In 1986, John received a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar.
He has been an active member of the Better Business Bureau since 1992 and strives to continue Better Bedding’s healthy success for years to come. John can be reached at the corporate office at (860) 289-4321 x121.

Tom Wholley

| Bio: |
Tom Wholley has been with Better Bedding since its first days of operation in 1976. Tom holds the position of Vice President of Better Bedding and serves as the leader of the sales team, spending most of his days at the 20 Better Bedding locations training and helping to improve Better Bedding’s sales force.
Tom grew up in South Windsor, CT attending South Windsor High School, Milford Academy Preparatory School and finally American International College in Springfield.
Tom is a board member for the Connecticut Retail Merchant’s Association and has been involved in the Chamber of Commerce. He is very active in the Catholic Church and serves as Vice President of the Parish Council.

MJ Tanzella

MJ has been with Better Bedding for 1 1/2 years. She came to Better Bedding from Filene’s where she managed the sales audit and accounts payable department. MJ spent 15 years in management and has considerable sales management experience.

Christine has been with Better Bedding for 18 years and is our Controller. She attended the University of Connecticut, Central Connecticut State University and The American Institute of Paralegal Studies. Michael Braddock

All-Star Services LLC – Delivery Coordinator |

Michael had 3 years with Better Bedding under his belt when All-Star Services, LLC was spun off as Better Bedding’s delivery company. For the last 6 years Mike has served as Owner and Operations Manager of All-Star Services, and has overseen the completion of over 125,000 deliveries with an on-time ratio of over 99%. Mike is an alumnus of South Windsor High School and Manchester Community College with previous experience as an Operations Manager with National Sign Corporation and as a Construction Project Manager with Bob’s Stores. Chris has been with Better Bedding for 16 years and serves as the Director of Warehouse Operations. He is an alumnus of Windsor High School and previous to his 12 years with Better Bedding had worked in the transportation/delivery/warehouse field elsewhere. Eric Schweighoffer

Eric joined Better Bedding as its Advertising Director in September of 2006. Prior to joining Better Bedding, Eric held senior advertising positions at various agencies in New York City, Boston and Connecticut.
For the past 12 years, he was with Mintz & Hoke Communications Group of Avon, CT where he was Vice President and Associate Media Director. Better Bedding was one of his clients. At Better Bedding, Eric is responsible for managing our in-house ad agency and vendor partners, developing strategic advertising and media plans, and negotiating all media buys.

Mike has been with Better Bedding for 13 years and currently takes on the role of Customer Service Manager. Mike is a graduate of Ipswich High School in Ipswich, MA. He has previously been employed under Better Better Bedding as Driver, Night Shift Supervisor and Warehouse Manager of the Orange location.
