We promise a 2-hour delivery window and boast a 99.4% on time delivery rate. This is an amazing feat considering the tens of thousands of deliveries that Better Bedding does annually.
Our delivery team is managed by Mike Braddock. State-of-the-art computer routing enables Mike and his staff to efficiently route the enormous volume of deliveries. The system is designed for a "buy it today, sleep on it tomorrow" process.

If you are going to receive a delivery from Better Bedding heres what you can expect: You will call into our Integrated Voice Retrieval System the evening before your delivery and upon entering your order number, you will be provided with your 2 hour delivery window. Our well-trained, professional delivery team will arrive uniformed, in spotlessly clean Better Bedding trucks. They will put a mat down at your door so they can wipe their feet before entering your home, then they will set up your new bed and take away your old bedding. They will leave behind a "care card" that outlines how to care for your new bed- and a special treat! The old bedding is brought back to our warehouse where it is taken to be recycled, some of the mattresses are donated to any number of local charities.

Getting A Delivery? Here's What to Do.
- After 8:30pm on the night before your scheduled delivery, call 1-800-457-8554.
- Have your 9-digit order number ready (find it on the upper-right-hand corner of your sales receipt).
- Follow the prompts to receive your assigned delivery window.
